Base Fit is made up of two separate programs where in both you are able to sculpt, define, destress and improve strength through

high intensity interval training (HIIT), Pilates and yoga.

BASE SCULPT

Base Sculpt is the perfect class no matter what your fitness goals.  With focus placed on strengthening the body through bodyweight/small props based exercises, this low impact but challenging class will keep your mind engaged and your body progressing. We blend pilates with dance conditioning to strengthen the pelvic floor/stability muscles of the body to create strong alignment and control.

This class will leave you standing taller and feeling stronger.

BASE FLOW

Base Flow is a combination of Yoga Asana positions as well as a focus on awareness of breath.

This program will build strength throughout your arms, legs, core and back, improve balance and increase flexibility.

It will give you the de-stress you need at the end of the day which will improve sleep while giving you a full body workout.
